About this test

This product is used for the qualitative detection of Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) antigen in human stool samples. H. pylori is a Gram-negative microaerophilic bacterium that lives in the stomach and duodenum, and its infection is very common, with a global infection rate of more than 50%。

The product only requires about 50mg of feces (equivalent to 1/4 of a pea) to mix the Samplewiththediluent.Youonly need to add 2 drops to the sampling hole. Observe and display the result after 5 minutes. The result is valid within 20 minutes.

Fast and easy to use

Positive:Red band appears in both the test area (T) and the control area (C). The results show that the sample contains H. pylori antigen.

Negative:No red band appears in the test area (T), and a red band appears in the control area (C). The results show that H.pylori antigen is not detected in the sample.

Invalid:No red band appears in the control area (C), regardless of whether red band appears in the test area (T), the test pad is judged to be invalid, and retest is recommended.

NOTE: Do not interpret the results in dim light.It is recommended not to make any medically related decisions without first consulting a healthcare provider.

Operation Suggestions

1. This product is only used for in vitro qualitative diagnosis, please use it within the validity period.

2. Please read the instruction manual carefully before use, and operate in strict accordance with the kit instructions.

3. The product is for one-time use. If the aluminum foil bag is found to be damaged, please do not use it. All samples and post-use products should be treated as infectious agents.

4. If the test reagents stored in the refrigerator are used, it is recommended that they should be taken out of the refrigerator before the test and placed at room temperature before opening for use, otherwise the test results will be affected

5. The sample diluent contains a small amount of preservatives, which may cause irritation to skin and eyes. If this solution comes into contact with skin or eyes,wash/rinse with plenty of water. If skin irritation or rash occurs, seek medical advice/attention.

6. It is not recommended for children, the elderly and pregnant women to conduct self-tests without medical advice.

7. Inconsistent or erroneous results may be caused by improper operation of steps,contaminated samples, and the presence of drugs that interfere with detection.

8. There is a desiccant in the aluminum foil bag, which should not be taken orally;the sample diluent should not be taken orally.
