About this test
IgG antibody detection is suitable for screening suspected patients, tracking the treatment effect of patients, and judging whether recovered patients have the risk of secondary infection. Compared with lgG, lgM has an earlier increasing and decreasing trend and higher content in the early stage, which is convenient for early screening and judgment of treatment effect.
Quick and easy to use
IgG/lgM positive: Purple-red bands appear in both the detection area (G, M) and the quality control area (C). The results show that the sample contains 2019-nCoV IgG antibodies and 2019-nCoV IgM antibodies.If only two purple-red bands appear. One is in the detection area (G or M) and the other is in the control area (C). The results show that the sample only contains2019-nCoV IgM antibodies or 2019-nCoVIgG antibodies.
lgG/lgM negative: No purple-red band appears in the detection area (G, M), and a purple-red band appears in the quality control area (C). The results show that no2019-nCoV IgG antibody and 2019-nCoV lgM antibody is detected in the sample.
Invalid: There is no purple-red band in the quality control area (C), regardless of whether there is a purple-red band in the detection area (G, M), the test strip is judged to be invalid.
